Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Payments: 
If you are staying a week or more a deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking. For all other bookings one night's deposit is required. When booking more than 2 months in advance the final balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If final payment has not been received by this date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the date of departure, the full amount is payable immediately. No contract shall exist between Hotel Invicta and yourself until the booking form has been received.


Cancellation & Changes: 
In the unlikely event that Hotel Invicta have to cancel or change your vacation details you will be notified as soon as possible and you will have the choice of the following, as applicable: 
A - accepting the change. 
B - accepting an alternative time with us at no extra cost. 
C - cancelling your holiday, in which case we will offer you a full refund.
By you - If you change any of your flight details after having booked your holiday, an administrative charge may be incurred which will then be passed on to you. If you are obliged to cancel your booking you must inform Hotel Invicta in writing immediately. In all cases your deposit will be forfeited and you will become liable for administrative charges on the following scale: 
Over 8 weeks before departure date - deposit only 
4 - 8 weeks before departure - 50% of holiday cost 
2 - 4 weeks before departure - 75% of holiday cost 
Under 2 weeks before departure - 100% of holiday cost


Transport service: 
Hotel Invicta provides a transport service to and from the airport and the ski slopes in Borovets. The use of this transport is taken entirely at your own risk and Hotel Invicta take no responsibility for death or personal injury caused through the use of this transportation. 

Responsibility:
We are responsible for making sure that each part of your stay with us is provided to a reasonable standard and as described in our literature. Everyone employed or contracted by us or by our suppliers is expected to carry out their duties properly.
We expect that you take all precaution to prevent and avoid sustaining injury, illness or death and at all times take all necessary care.
If an incident does unfortunately happen then the following three conditions must be met: 
1. You must tell us and the supplier involved (where involved) about your injury or illness while you are in the resort. You must also write to our address shown at the bottom of this page about your claim within three months of coming home from your holiday. Please include a letter about your injury or illness from your doctor if you can. 
2. You must transfer to us any rights you have against the supplier or any other person. 
3. You must agree to co-operate fully with us or our insurers if we or they want to enforce those rights.


Insurance:
Everyone booking in at Hotel Invicta must be adequately insured. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient cover for your stay and expected activities.


Equipment: 
Any client who loses or damages any of Hotel Invicta equipment whilst in his/her care will be charged by Hotel Invicta for the appropriate replacement or repair cost of that equipment as determined by Hotel Invicta.


Complaints: 
Any complaints should be made clear to staff as soon as possible, preferably in person, or to our office no later than 14 days after returning to your country of origin.


Visa/Passports: 
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and/or any visa necessary. If you do not have a British or EC passport, please be sure to check visa requirements for the countries you will be visiting.


Website Information: 
The Hotel Invicta website information is correct to the best of Hotel Invicta's knowledge at the time of going live. Information relating to the resort cannot be guaranteed since changes can occur at any time outside the control of Hotel Invicta.
